Finger Print Request Form

Submit your Fingerprint request appointment using theis form. Fingerprinting will cost $5.00 Per Card for Students and $10.00 for Non-Students.

You must have a valid Picture ID with you at the time of the appointment. (This Includes Drivers Liscense, Passport, or Military ID; But not Cat Cards)

We only Accept Credit or Debit here at the Police Station.
